Individual Coaching
Take advantage of 60-90 minutes every week devoted entirely to you. Together, we will explore ideas, goals, and strategies at the best pace for you personally. Our time together is supported by weekly exercises to try on your own, as appropriate. We will create detailed summaries each week upon which to reflect and build in the days following your session.

Taking the first step is exciting! It is important, however, to find the right client/coach relationship for you. The right fit is an essential part of ensuring a successful coaching experience. Jennifer offers every potential client a free 30-minute Discovery Call - a time for you to ask any questions you might have and get a sense of Jennifer's coaching style. There is never any commitment required at the time of the call and you will never be pressured to proceed. It has to feel right for you.
In order for personal coaching to be deeply effective, be prepared for a substantial investment in time, energy, and money. If you're not able to commit to all three of these elements, you may find that a workshop or retreat environment is more suitable to meet your needs.
